i think i have the exact same thing. except mine bows out a little on the right. I wonder if this is very common?
How long ago did you get yours?
Do you think you will bring it in?

I got my MacBook a few weeks ago. I will be taking mine in this weekend for a combination of things.

1. vibration
2. whine
3. bow
4. cover movement as described in this thread
5. (might not be a problem) I Just realized last night my MacBook is draining power in sleep mode on the windows side. Im going to test it out today in OS X.

I'm curious to know how apple responds to those issues.
Keep us posted.
Thanks

I also experience to a small degree 1) and 3) (and of coarse 2 but I think almost everyone does).

Regarding the macbook lid having slight give when a small amount of pressure is applied to the left or right of the lid when it is closed. I also notice a small amount of give either side if I hold the closed macbook up and lean it at a big enough angle, do you guys also experience this? It's not a very big movement but it kind of bugs me considering I payed 1700 (canadian) for this.

I also have a slight bow on the left side as described by 2 but it is very minor, I think this is probably normal.

Any updated on people taking their computer to apple regarding these issues? I would be really interesting in finding out what apple has to say about this.
