I totally understand that... the style that apple builds with their computers is so far above any PC maker IMO (except the new dell adamo is quite sexy I must admit) The only reason I recommended the mini 9 is because of the cost of ownership is so low and that way you could've stuck with the high end iMac. But if you dont need the iMac to be super powerful then you will do great with what you have and you'll get a sexy new apple netbook soon. Have fun!

I find having a laptop as my sole machine is not ideal for me. So my outfit is an iMac for 90% of my work and a cheap previous-model-clearance MacBook for those instances where I need to take my computer with me (or just lie around on the sofa and work on something).
