is this the problem with the CD MBP or C2D MBP?

i ordered mine (from Canada onlien store) 1 week after it was released and i never noticed anything. screen is evenly illuminated, no grainny thingy, battey generally runs for at least 3 hours

If yours is fine... or you fail to notice it, then don't bother looking for it. Seriously. Ignorance is bliss.

If you are used to working on a better screen it is immediately apparent (if you have an affected screen, which I am not saying you do.)

If this has been fixed or if it is not an issue with the glossy 15" MBP THEN I AM GETTING ONE TODAY. Unless someone convinces me not to
