Macbook Pro M1 13 Inch Retina Scratches after 2 days

The same with MBP M1pro 2021 16inch, I bought it two month ago, work only from home and I used it very carefully. Few days ago I noticed little green dot in the right corner, now it grows to bigger dot and glitchy vertical and horizontal lines and I can't even find right words to describe how I feel about it. (there is no scratches, just these lines) I am Mac user since 2009 (Had a 15 inch MacBook Pro 2011 for 10 years and the screen was like a brand new) now I spent 3k$ I have this....
