I believe there were two printer deals last year. One ended and then "suddenly" another one started. They more then likely make a new one to take into account new printer models that have been released.

Who cares about the printer deal - printers are so cheap now a days just get a crappy one and call it a day. Maybe they should give ink cartridge deals instead! those things are killers! (go laser!)

I agree with iEric... as said in previous posts, apple uses the educational dicounts with free nanos and printers to get rid of their current stock of "soon to be outdated products". Wait for Merom if (like me) you want a good computer with a 20% faster speed than the already powerful Yonah. You can play the waiting game all you want, but in the end, anything is obsolete the day you buy it.
