Yeah I saw the thread and tried booting mac with removing various stuff like battery, IO board, display, Fan, and many more, but nothing fixed the delay for me.

I know this is a very basic thing, but...
... did you go to the startup disk preference pane and re-designate the SSD to be the "boot drive"?

With the new release of Macos Monterey, After I installed it, It reflashed the firmware. But it still hasn't fixed the 2 minute boot delay.
