My 15" MBP was ordered on 6/6/6 and delivered on 6/8/6, so no complaints here, aside from the occasional blood running out of the CD drive.
They have those on hand ready to ship out... You can go and pick one of those up @ an Apple Store :p The BTO's take a bit longer.

It finally arrived

One day shy of a full month after I ordered it, my 17" MBP (1 GB RAM, matte screen, 100 GB 7200 rpm HD) showed up. It only took two days to ship from Shanghai to New England, and I didn't pay for rapid shipping.

I've only had it a few hours, and I am pretty much a noobie to Macs (though I did write my dissertation on a G4 PB, with and early release of OSX). So far no complaints other than the decidedly warm typing surface.

I placed an order this morning for a 15" 2.16 GHz MBP with 1gig ram and 100gb 7200rpm drive. I'm using the educational discount. Order status shows estimated ship date as June 21st and delivery as June 26th. I paid the extra $15 for express shipping.

My MBP shipped this morning! Ahead of schedule, and the schedule had it sitting over a weekend, so the delivery date is now 5-6 days earlier.

I first went to the store to decide between the 15" and the 17" and matte vs glossy, and I planned on buying it there, but I wanted the 7200rpm drive which forced me online. I used the educational discount as well, no problems at all.
