Well,

I usually will only deal with Crucial or Kingston for any and all of my memory needs. However, for some reason Crucial went through the roof after I purchased my MacBook.
Due to the price increase, I shopped around, and finally went with a vender I had used before. http://www.mac-pro.com was half the price, and the memory works well.

For the record, I have found a number of machines that are flakey when using Corsair. Mostly AMD. Your Milage may Vary.

Max.
