MacMini Possible Update on 6-8 July

Amazon is out of stock, some other retailers too. On apple's web site some stores have available stock coming on 6th or 8th of july...


what do you think of this?
 
Highly unlikely. They probably receive the last few 'old' Mini's before the end-of-july update. Mountain Lion won't come before that, and it doesn't make sense releasing the Mini two weeks earlier.
 
Also no Mac Mini's in the refurb store-- re-pricing? I think OP is correct, thumbs up!
 
There is no clear sign of when they will be released. Because of the processors, you'd think they would have been out already, but no.

They could arrive with M.Lion, or could slip by with the newest iPhone/iPods, or have a mysterious and unheralded release anytime this year... or they might even resist update until next year, though unlikely they would wait that long.

now around 30% of apple stores are expecting new stock between 7-10th of July. There's gotta be something coming...
 
Folks, you're being ridiculous. The 2012 Mac Mini won't be released a second before Mountain Lion is released, and definitely not before new iMacs are released. I'm betting on October.

Damn you and your logical thinking. I now you're right, but I cling to (false) hope that things will be here sooner.

I'm betting July 31st, (ML, iMacs, minis [both desktops IB bumps only; no redesign).

But seriously I think it might be the week before, for my birthday :D

How long will it take for any new Mini's (and iMac's) to get into the retail stores? I figure up to a month if you want a custom order.

Last year Lion was released on the same day as the updated MacMini - I'm hoping they do the same again this year.

My birthday is July 31st, but I would prefer it comes on my Brothers birthday, July 12th. Or his daughter on July 8th. Anyway, just hope it comes in July.
 
It’s already July and we still don't know if the mini is coming this month or not. Last year by that time at least there were some rumors already and now nothing... it is really frustrating! :mad:
 
Still no Mini's in the refurb store, most likely new ones coming within two weeks.
