MacOS 10.13 EFI BootScreen APFS

Just a quick update - I was NOT able to get FileVault to work with an unflashed GTX 1080 on High Sierra 10.13.2 with MacPro 5,1. Decrypted the FileVault SSD and now everything works normally (without boot screens).
