macOS 14.2 Beta 4 - Bug fixes, changes, and more

2 of us have reported it working, so... not sure what's up. have you checked for the latest build? otherwise, you could try another app. hope u get it sorted 👍

Thanks. I tried the nightly and it will open and start a download then stop part way. Very frustrating. Trying to reverting to pre-beta.

I'm able to select a folder in the Photos App to cycle thru my Desktop Wallpaper! Although I'm unable to select the Random checkbox, then it goes back to the default Sonoma Wallpaper again. Progress! 😆

I've been adding sysdiagnose logs to FB13282770, FWIW. Recent Similar Reports are listed as 'More than 10', so who knows.

try another app? see if that works (it will tell you whether the problem is with transmission, or it's a larger issue...)

Spoke too soon.. For me, it's only cycling thru like 3 photos over and over. Not fixed.

Can anyone confirm if the file sharing bug is fixed? (If you have file sharing enabled and reboot the computer, file sharing is broken requiring you to turn it off, reboot, then reenable it.)

EDIT: Still not fixed. This is a very annoying bug that I wish Apple would fix.

This is pretty bad.. beta 1 and 2 screwed up full screen sports playback in Safari, introducing jerks and slowdowns, beta 3 was fine, but beta 4 re-introduces the jerks.
