@bogdanw Already did that -- doesn't work. Did you test it yourself?

It may be a bug that will be fixed in the next beta. It also happens to me with an app.

You could try to reset ScreenCapture permissions from Terminal and grant them again

tccutil reset ScreenCapture

Beta 2 did not fix the issue for me, so here's hoping Beta 3 does. I purposely did not try the `tcutil` command as a "normal" user wouldn't know about that, and I want to know if the issue is actually fixed.

The problem with that logic is that the issue was caused by a beta version, and when the final version is released the problem may not be triggered.

A "normal" person may never experience the issue.

I do like your willpower though; if I ever have an issue and find a way to fix it, I'm fixing it

I should have posted that part of my problem was corrected, the refusal to allow me to open by banks web page. The freeze problem still remains in Beta 3.
