Resolved MacOS Bloatware - How to delete?

A fresh install of macOS using a bootable flash drive does not have Keynote, Numbers, Pages, iMovie, Garage Band

After performing Erase All Content and Settings for iOS and iPadOS, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, iMovie, and other Apple apps are not installed... Even performing restore using iTunes/Finder does not install those apps...
