It's a minor change, but I noticed that on 2018 Mbp when waking from sleep the screen no longer flashes full brightness for fraction before setting correct, and now instead fades up from zero.

So the new ones are waking up properly.

My MBA 2017 refuses to wake up if it sleeps on its own. Needs the power button to be pressed, and then through a full reboot cycle. Logging in shows the open apps.

Mostly, been having some issues with keyboard/trackpad going inactive on wakes sometimes.
