I’ve been using an AirPort Express as an AirPlay 2 receiver for ages, but have since replaced it with a Belkin Soundform Connect. I still have the AirPort Express as a backup though so good to know the utility app is back!

Some Finder bugs have been quashed.

The window widgets are cleaner.

In Apple TV app if you’re on Home page and you increase the window size the vertical scroll bar still jumps off the edge of the window like Wile E Coyote jumping off a cliff.

Overlay scroll bars are buggy inconsistent **** compared to scroll bars with gutters.

Some Finder bugs have been quashed.

I spoke too soon. Column view can still incorrectly show a folder is empty when it has files. I think the amount of files in a folder is causing the bug. You have to enter the folder twice in those cases.

Since Airport Utility isn't included with new builds, why can we not delete it?

Disk icons manipulation on the desktop is still screwed up.
- Dragging multiple disks to a different location stacks them
- Double-clicking often does not open them.

Leaving it as-is would be just as insane as the original grey app jail they released on MacOS 26.
