Since 15.4, the bluetooth sound output volume has been ridiculously low. I had to crank the volume through the roof just for my XM streaming to an Anker BT speaker. 15.4.1 resolved this.

My experience was the opposite. Bluetooth volume was fine but became ridiculously low after updating to 15.4.1.

since the 15.4.1 update, Mac Studio isnt playing audio alerts from apps (mail, messages, etc) Checked the setting everything set as it should ... but mail and messages are coming in silent??

Why the **** do the first 2 tabs disappear visually. i can click on them, they are there, but they just aren't there visually.

Wonder if making changes in Sound Effects settings (alert sound, internal/external speakers, etc) to something different... restarting, then changing back to your preferred settings (and restarting again?) will help at all.

Shouldn't be necessary to kludge after a security update, but could be worse 🫤 ?
