Issues that stay in Untested for 3 releases (beta or smooth) will be removed from all future threads. When there is a new macOS release, please be sure to let us know about the issue's status by moving it to either "Remaining Issues" or "Resolved Issues"

Yeah, I'm curious how Parallels and VMWare are working with this release.

M4 Pro mini updated normal despite I had to login to iCloud again. And then had the option to pu my Desktop and Documents in iCloud. I just disabled this lately, so I don't know if it's normal to be ask after every update again.

No full installer yet for my other Mac. :(

VPNs still working on this one?

Proton is working. Adguard VPN too, also the standard Adguard what uses a VPN tunnel. I can even run all three at once and when this post is sent, it seems to be no problem for Safari.

Just installed the previous Beta again with a full installer. And trying again now to update...

It's restarting now without needing a single password. So it seems a full installer of the already running version can fix such things. Maybe it even fixed more.

And now installation is finished. That Mac didn't want to login into iCloud again.

Thank you for your posts. I had the same issue, resolved the same way. Reinstall Beta 3 then Beta 4.

I tried the phone mirroring when WIFI was on both devices, my iphone 13 pro and my MBP...it won't let me because bluetooth wasn't also on...found that to be weird, indeed.

Yes also all those Continuity features including Handoff/Airdrop/Universal Clipboard/Universal Control always need BT and WiFi to be enabled even when they are connected via Ethernet to the same router they need WiFi. That's really annoying.

I never really tested iPhone Mirroring. Only very short, when I knew where to change the country.

But I tested what the trigger for the location is. I just needed a US App Store ID on both devices that I created with fake data. Then it worked.

But it's annoying, especially on the iPhone to permanently switch accounts and you can't just change the country of your standard ID if you have active subscriptions like iCloud+.
Sometimes this doesn't even work because you need to have a US credit card too. But I maybe coincidentally used the way where you can just choose no payment method. I think it's only working from a Mac with a new ID. But not sure...

At least I know now it has nothing to do with the iCloud ID, the region and language settings on the devices or the IP address. It's just the country what the App Store is set to.

You beat me to it.. Looks like it just popped up within the last couple hours :)

FWIW, I'm seeing it at the following link-

It's the same build, but from seed-catalog. I thought it doesn't list betas, but maybe they put it in there for AppStore and Terminal downloads or for when the public beta is released. Was that today?

Or do you fetch the link from the Terminal while downloading it there?

App Store still has beta 3 and Terminal download doesn't work for me anymore somehow. Maybe they changed it that you can only download before doing the update. Or I am doing something wrong.

The info files are identical:

Do you mean a real RSS feed, that notifies you, when there is something new?

Then it can't be from Apple. Do you have the address please? Maybe it can help me to not always look manually, if it is not only fetching from that site what normally isn't intended for betas.

Very interesting, indeed...thanks for sharing.
