Any solution for that? Got the same problem on one of my MBs

You need to use a full installer for the update. I had to use the one from Beta 3 and then the update worked. Same for someone else here.

Now there is a full installer for Beta 4 and you can try using that to update:

Download and run the InstallAssisant (15.59GB), it will put a "Install macOS Sequoia Beta" app (15,64GB) in the Applications folder, what you can use to update.

MakeMKV broke with the 1st beta - it looks like Apple did something with the SCSI protocols.

I can confirm that there is an error, but it lied. The program is running. But I have nothing connected and especially I don't have anything SCSI. I am surprised SCSI still exists, I know it from the 90s and a few years later.

Safari 18.4 (20621.1.15.11.5) included in MacOS 15.4 Beta 4 still contains a toolbar bug - sometimes a grey area appears right after pinned icons instead of tabs.

This happens only when open tabs are more than 11, see screenshot below.

and now with 12 open tabs

Anyone else is experiencing the same problem?

I'm having an issue with copying and pasting folders within iCloud from one folder to another folder. Error 8062. Ran First aid on all internal drives and volumes and no errors. Multiple restarts doesn't resolve the issue and there's over 1TB free space on both iCloud and internal storage. No pending uploads to iCloud Drive.

Issue was first noticed today on the latest beta. Tried different folders and tried copying from iCloud to internal storage (not iCloud) and issue occurs. Folder I'm copying is less than 100mb.

Any suggestions?

I wish they'd address something with Siri (non ChatGPT). If it "suggests" several web pages in the pop-up, you can only click on one of them, and then your list disappears forever, and you have to start all over again. Or does anyone here know of a workaround?

Does this happen every time with every file and folder? Only copy and paste or moving and copying using the mouse or whatever too?

Do you have very much data in there? Do you use Desktop and Documents in iCloud?

Doesn't really matter. I only know two solutions.

I would recommend to turn iCloud drive off and on again by clicking on Drive and then turn off "Sync this Mac". It's all easier when "Desktop & Documents" is disabled and you don't have tons of data on the drive. But read carefully everything when you do this.

The second solution would be logging out of iCloud completely and in again.

Maybe deleting cashes somewhere could help too. You could use the free app Onyx and run it's maintenance features.
