this is a surprise; after a very-long time, i can now eject my secondary (external) drive without a 'disk wasn't ejected...' message, then having to click force-eject. whew. nice!
hah yeah, a bit of stupid grey blur doesn't fix the issue.Filed a bug report for the control center list of available Wi-Fi networks. When I have a webpage open in Chrome/Safari/etc. and use control center to view list of available networks, it is unreadable after a few lines because it blends in with the white background.

That fixed it ty!If "Keyboard navigation" is enabled in keyboard settings (not in accessibility settings) this selection will be there - and Control Center can be navigated with Tab key.
This has no relation to this beta - except if selection is there even when keyboard navigation is disabled.
Very "modern" look.
I'm experiencing a weird bug with Calendar where the menu bar doesn't show Calendar, File, etc. If you move the mouse pointer to the menu bar, it will show them. Finally! The latest Beta has fixed the unresponsive Mail, Messages and Calendar apps.
I'm finding that Finder is all but useless in Public Beta 3.
I get constant "beachball" unresponsiveness that lasts for at least 15-30 seconds. Then I get control back for maybe a couple of seconds before the beachball starts back up again.
Once in a while I'll get lucky and I'll have control for about 5 seconds.
This persists through reboots. Everything was working fine before I installed PB3 (I was on MacOS 26.1).
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Yes, Finder is almost unusable and has several other bugs. I have to relaunch it almost every time after I used it.
Sometime it's even going crazy without any window open and is spinning up the fan of my M4 Pro mac Mini up to noisy 3000rpm from the standard 1000 that doesn't make any sound. When this happens it's using more than 100% CPU in Activity Monitor just to display three icons on my Desktop.
not everyone is having those issues (me, for example). so it's not so simple (ie a bug everyone experiences and needs to be squashed before release)...These kinds of bugs are just disgraceful. There's no way to not catch a Finder bug in testing. Apple just doesn't even pretend to care anymore.

Is the Wi-Fi widget at the top of your stack? I also have the top widget preselected when I open the Control Center (in my case the Sound widget). But this happens already in 26.1, I'm not testing the beta.Is anyone else seeing a selection in the Control Center? How do I get rid of it? I dont have any accessability features on

thanks for the explanation! If Keyboard navigation feature is enabled then first widget is selected when Control Center is opened. Selection can be changed with Tab key and operated with Spacebar as anywhere elsee in UI.
Same exact issues here! Safari crashed like crazy here! How could they messed this up!??Safari is a train wreck for me. Crashes almost every time I close out a tab. Borderline unusable. I have had it go down 7+ times in a two hour period.
It’s one of the ugliest bugs I’ve had in a while. The worst part is that there doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason to it - sometimes it crashes, other times it’s fine. Number of tabs, what website, what other applications, none of it seems to make it better or worse.Same exact issues here! Safari crashed like crazy here! How could they messed this up!??
