iRSS is an app that was just released on the app store and has Macrumors listed as one of the feeds in the screenshot. Pretty cool.

The MacRumors mobile site is pretty good as is.

Not sure what more an App store front end would offer over the current site with a home screen bookmark.

I do have one gripe with the mobile site's forum. Once you dive down into a thread and read to the bottom of the comments, it would be nice to have a link at the bottom to go back to the thread list. Sure, there is a breadcrumb at the top, and a button at the bottom to go to the top, but 1 click would be nicer... especially when one forgets about the "top" button and forgets about "the breadcrumb being at the top"!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5A347 Safari/525.20)

would love to hear arns view on this!!!
Sounds a good idea.

Sorry, what's the point of a MacRumors app again? How would a MR app be more of an advantage then an RSS reader or Safari?

do you use myspace or facebook?
if you do.
why would you need it?
like its a good idea because so much zooming in a and pinching and stuff, not saying its bad.
but app store a new way to deliver applications right?
like wouldnt it be great it would have a big login screen when you opened it or you could just skip it and read and then there will be like stuff to navigate like the app store does "featured" and then "Top" ect.
its just a good way to read this site in a better looking view, not for like notifications.
