yes indeed, i originally thought you were "Snorting" at me because you were laughing at me, not what i said! so yes, a Snort! icon would show that one is kidding and means no harm

is quite annoying, a combination sometimes makes you seem a tad try-hard or n00bish!text-based communication is always hard for normal english speakers, let alone all the other diverse people!
maybe you could have a signature Snort!™ icon much like Woofy-Dawg haha??
