Well done on the weight loss. No offence though mate, but you're not 6% bf in those pictures. Whatever you're using to measure that is off. You look about 10-12 in those pictures.

Actually in those photos I was 9%. They were taken over a month ago.
My stomach has a lot of extra skin, keep in mind I lost 80 pounds mate.

Honest question: How do you plan on getting rid of the excess skin? Was there stretch marks or scarring?

I still think 9 is a stretch mate. I'm not trying to slate you or anything, just trying to correct you. I'm not judging it from your stomach, which to be honest isn't holding a great deal of excess skin. I'm talking about vascularity, muscle separation and striations. I think http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=2450726#post2450726 is quite a good point of reference.
 
KK I will. It's coming together. I read on a few sites that it takes a good 2-3 years for your stomach to tighten as far as it will go after significant weight loss. I'm pretty stoked though, it's getting tighter. As soon as I have a few minutes I will take some.

I was actually probably going to go buy a new digital camera this week along with some ram for the MBP, so I'll snap a few. Guy up there is right, it isn't too much skin and it's looking like it may tighten up pretty good. My abs are nowhere near where I want em, but I see them improving weekly. I kill em every other day, 3 times a week.

Thanks for all the compliments. Regardless of anything, it's good to actually _fit_ into clothing nicely. It also takes waaayyy less food to fill me up.

You have to keep in mind that one can have, for example, 9% of body fat, but not have nearly as much muscle as the examples on that forum and as such wouldn't look like that. Body fat percentage is just body fat percentage, there will still be a big difference on how a person looks depending on how much muscle one has.
