Food is something you just have to get your head around, if you sit there when your really hungry and eat fast food. Once your done think about how you feel after. Heavy, sick, exhausted and just generaly ******. Then eat something like this (tuna, salad, potato salad, coleslaw) and see how you feel.

Soon you will start to give up fast food all together.

Gym = 30% the struggle, diet is 70% of it so its something that defiantly need to be addressed.

You're so right.

I'm studying sport science and have just started exercise metabolism and will be doing nutrition so I think that's really gonna help me and motivate me.

What you say about how u feel after eating take aways etc,....so so true...... Always feel disgutng and angry afterwards....when I could just have had some nice salad/ pasta and feel great and ready for a workout. When I eat crap I couldn't be bothered working out....it's all related... Food as u say is 70% the struggle ....

Well happy for you though....it's got me motivated again (I lose it quickly....not motivation for the gym, that's no problem for me...motivation for eating healthily lol)
