You rank just fine. I just don't do bribes.
Then I shall wear the black rimmed glasses for evermore. Take that, you.

That's awesome, and impressive! I'd love to have a 1/8 Tardis model. And a Dalek.Long story short: One of my friends is an art major and for her final project in her sculpture class, she decided to make a life-size model of the TARDIS from Dr. Who (she's a huge fan), but wanted to make it look like it was warping through time, hence the bent and twisted shape. 600 individual cardboard pieces, fifteen hot glue sticks, and about a week later, we had it fully assembled
Here are two recent ones, from my wonderful tour of one of the Coast Guard Stations here in Florida, I met and talked to some really cool guys and they took my mother and I aboard (but not out on) two of their boats.
The large boat in the second picture was one of them and then the smaller boat that is closest to the building in the first picture.
That's pretty cool. I've never been around coastguard boats like that. Take any pictures inside?
...
Yeah, I really enjoyed it~ Unfortunately I didn't take any inside pictures, The bigger boat was pretty much all metal, seats and equipment.
I look like a greasy hipster.
haha didn't say there was, I happen to loooooove hipsters. There ain't nuffin' wrong with 'dem hipsterz, fool!

The metal one is called a 47' Motor Life Boat by the US Coast Guard (Link) 3rd photo below is the US version.
However, the Canadian Coast Guard uses them as well (these are built in Victoria, BC) and our community has one based here - the Cape Kuper. The Canadian Coast Guard site has way more details about the vessel, including crewing, dimensions, engineering, etc.
1st photo is the Canadian version.
I've been given a tour of the Cape Kuper, and there is no consideration for "comfort". However, if you were a boater in distress, once you are onboard and in the "rescue chamber" you are safe.
And there is a photo of me at a hockey game in Campbell River, to keep this post on topic....
Taken on Christmas in the good ol Afghanistan..
Before making my way to Chicago with my friends on tuesday.
Hot Topic, believe it or not. They have some cool clothes.Love the coat. Where'd'ya get it?
Huh, wouldn't have guessed. Far too few zippers to be from there. And I might as well post here so I don't just come in and hijack this thread.Hot Topic, believe it or not. They have some cool clothes.
