A lot of hard work at the gym. My motivator was going to college. I figured it was an opportunity to reinvent myself and change my life, and I did.

To this day, it's eating right and staying dedicated to fitness is hard. It's so easy to fall back into old habits but I'm doing my best. Writing this as I'm about to get dressed and go to the gym after a 10 hour day of work and class. Yuck.
