I actually noticed my nephews doing that at a first communion a couple of weeks ago (I have a few your age) and I heckled them that their old decrepit uncle used to do that 20 years ago.
I like the shirt but no popping of any collar here....I thought not ironing your shirt was in style....guess not(I'm young and yet i'm not down with it)

Bah, you kids with your "fashion". I've been wearing the same crap since I was 14. Sad, I know. Hell, I still regularly wear shirts that are 7 or 8 years old now (at 23, that's a long time).

Even though a lot of people my age pop their collars, I'm not into it. Most of the people that I know that pop their collars are preppy/cocky *******s, and I don't want to be put into the same group as them. Nothing against those of you that do pop your collar, of course. To each his own...

A very random picture in one of the bathrooms. And no my hair is not red- the coloring is messed up. My shirt is actually blue, the walls are actually tan, and my hair is brown.

Some shirts aren't for popping colars. I have found Abercrombie shirts have too big of collars to pop. J. Crew and Polo have good sized collar for popping.
