I'm in Minneapolis, and I've been running 6.5 miles every day for the past 3 months with a total of 6 days off...not too shabby, considering it hasn't been above 15 degrees outside for the past week, and the past 2 days the windchill has been between -10 & -20 degrees. Now that's a tad bit nipply...
