Hello Earth..

After a big search in my iPhoto library finally found one, as the official photographer at home, I'm disappearing from the family book :( .... any digital camera with timer?

I'm the one with the cap :D

My digital camera (a Kodak) has a 10 second timer and I haven't looked lately, but I am sure there are quite a few out there which do as they have evolved to become quite feature rich over the years. To top it off, many of them have the connections on the bottom available for use with a tripod, as well.

Just a few suggestions, could you click on a name to get the info page about that person? and what about details of if a person is single and gay lol. :)

Thank you. I'm glad people like the directory. It passed 2000 views today, which is pretty good for a thread with only 53 posts!

Adding the member info link is a good idea. Other than the time it would take me to maintain the links, I have one other worry: I split the original directory into three sections because of the limit on the size of a post. If I added the tags to make the member names be links, I suspect my post would no longer fit.

I don't need to post marital statuses or sexual orientations. Everyone knows you can tell just by looking! ;)

I meant to thank you in my above posts as well, Doctor Q - well done on this whole thing. I think it's an excellent idea, and I think it's great that you took this initiative! Keep up the good work, as I can imagine it's no small task! :)

And it's funny, that it's mainly gay guys that post pictures. Straight guys don't seems to post pictures of themselves as much. hmm, just generalising here.

Um, if only gay guys are posting their pictures then I guess the entire MacRumors community is gay, since this section has over 30 pages of pictures, and hundreds of members submitting their pics! :p Oh, and nevermind the fact that many are shown with their kids, prom dates, etc. - I for one am engaged to be married to the love of my life next summer. :)

No, I don't think it's a gay thing at all - I think everyone in the MacRumors community is simply friendly, outgoing and willing to contribute - it makes for a better MacRumors site!

Sorry, I just have no idea where that comment came from... ;)

Sorry about that joed, it's sometimes hard to judge a person's mood, attitude, inflection, etc., and with no comments implying sarcasm, jest, etc., you can never be sure. ;) Every once and a while you get some people on here who do indeed make comments like that, so you never know.

So I hope I didn't appear to "rip into you" or anything, that wasn't my intent. Thanks for the clarification though and sorry for any misunderstandings!
