OK, this is a blatant bump. But over the first dozen votes I'm surprised that it seems to skew to the heavier side. That lone vote way down at the iPhone 8 level? That's me! I guess I figure I'm not the only one out there in that category; since the end of the SE 2016 there hasn't been a shortage of threads about weight.

Wow I did not expect the 13PM/14PM to get as many votes as they did. Most people I know in my little circle of family/friends prefer the Pro model to the Pro Max. They also complain bitterly of battery life problems and other issues. lol.

Love my 13PM.

I do have it like I want it...it's really meant as a tell of who has made the leap to the heavy phones at all.

Yet, the data are still partly misleading in that regard. I had a used iPhone 4 for several years (first one), then switched to an SE 2016. That wasn't making a leap to a heavier phone, but a lighter one! But I had to answer iPhone 4.

Confounding matters more, my switch had nothing to do with weight at all, but the price.

I needed a better phone, was switching carriers, and got a great deal on a several-year-old iPhone SE.

I'll bet similar explanations are true of others. They once owned a heavier phone and downsized to a lighter one, but had to pick the heavier one!

Still, it's a fascinating poll and quite useful in its clear display of all those iPhone models and their weights. That's a helpful guide in picking my next phone. How much heavier do I want to go?!
