this feature still does not work. It does work with the outlook app though. The only way to delete is to swipe all the way to right on track pad and it will delete the mail. If you want to delete a bulk of emails. Hold the shift key while on the first email and select bottom email you want to delete and it will highlight all the emails in between, then you will have the option to trash it. You can also just use 2 fingers and start from top and slide the two fingers down to the desired email and it will automatically select the emails. These are some quick ways until apple fixes this bug.

How do you get 14.3 on ipad? None of the suggestions for fixing this on 14.2 are working. Ridiculous.
You could sign up for the public beta program, but 14.3 is required for AirPods Max, so it should be coming out next week anyway.
