Same here. Order disappeared when I go to the online store, but if I click on the email confirmation it’s still there
Oh--I have the 11" 2018 iPad Pro--I got the stone series wrap for that one.Which wrap did you go for? I can’t see any for the 2020 iPad Pro on their website 😟
Can confirm this works. My order had disappeared as well.Check the email you should have received after you ordered. Click the order number and it will show status. They must be having some issues with their systems at the moment due to preorders of the new phone.
My order has vanished from the site????
I do too, and I think it's possible that you're right. We'll just have to see I guess! It's not a deal breaker for me either way. I just think right now, with the information we've been given so far, I've seen NO evidence that Apple designed it to do that, and that might be why they're keeping the original Smart Keyboard Folio/Smart Folio on the market.Yes, I currently use the old keyboard folio and it has the same fabric piece covering the hinge. It doesn’t look like it could fold back on itself, but it does. Not that I need it to, since then you end up with exposed keys on the back.
Yeah, I decided to give up on it.Apple: “the excessive order status checking from our iPad pro magic keyboard customers crashed our system“
My card has been charged but delivery is still for April 27 to May 4
My order also changed to “order placed”. Spoke to Apple care and they are saying that too many orders were placed contrary to expectations so they have dialed back shipping dates on some orders and are reassessing stock and will provide delayed updated shipping dates (the problem is for the US only. Europe orders are shipping according to existing schedule). They also said this process may take some time since their servers are currently overworked because of the SE launch.
Well, that was brillant. What would have been the harm in spacing releases far enough apart, so they don't impact the shipment of one another?
Apple customer care is unreliable though. I’ve received contradicting information from different executives plenty of times in the past so I would take this with a grain of salt.
