Yeah at this time I'd pay at most $15 for one. Had we been having this discussion before it was official that Lightning was on the way out I would have paid $30 for one. $80 is crazy, and $130 is bonkers.$79 for $1 worth of parts.
Outdated, yes. But no one comes close when it comes to reliability and ease-of-use. Foldable, thin as a wallet, and nice hinge on the Watch puck.overpriced and outdated still
You just described every charger out there which requires a powerful enough brick to provide fast charging for multiple devices. Weird complaint about the 20W brick because you’re not going to be able to fast charge multiple devices simultaneously with a 5W brick.Still overpriced, still requires Apple’s 20w charger to function properly and never updated to the newer fast charging standards.
It's a great charger. It charges my 15 Pro pretty quickly. The watch isn't as fast, but I charge it overnight anyway, so...Now is a good time for me to pick one of the Duos up. I don’t care if the watch charger isn’t as fast as it could be. I don’t trust third party chargers (bad luck in the past), so this is right up my alley.
Just bought one so I’m excited. Good to know about the charging speeds since that’s what I do too. It's a great charger. It charges my 15 Pro pretty quickly. The watch isn't as fast, but I charge it overnight anyway, so...
I top up my AWU while showering and getting dressed and have never had an issue... YMMV of course depending on how much you deplete your battery... My point is that it's not outdated and still very much useful for some folks. It’s not slow charging the phone. its slow charging the watch, which i usually like to top off while getting ready in the morning
