I charge with a MagSafe at home and a 20w charger wwhen I need to charge at work. Our car has wireless charging and I have a power bank with both MagSafe and cable in case I need it. I rarely use it, but it's very handy when I need it or someone I'm with needs it.
I use no charging restrictions, but have the optimized charging on.

What MagSafe charger were you using? 100% battery health after a year. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of that.
My 14 had 100% battery health after one year, charged it with both apple MagSafe and the 20w charger.

There's a lot of battery health threads on reddit but it looks like some people just have anomaly batteries that retain health much longer than others (and the reverse). It's pretty hard to compare one to another since we all use our phones differently. It's a consumable item to me, just use it how you prefer and replace it when it's no longer up to par.
