Not entirely sure what that means. If I send you an email does that mean you cannot get the email. That seems entirely odd and utter ridiculous. It may be time to get another email provider, like Gmail, who is not an ISP.
They are called Altibox and only emails with @altibox works on their servers now. Both gmail and icloud etc can’t receive emails unless you set up smtp and imap ports manually. But that didn’t sort it out either. Will try to call them tomorrow

I have to say, this is shockingly unbelievable! It makes absolutely no business (or practical) sense whatsoever.

You mentioned some emails come through. Are those all @altibox.com addresses? If not, you can take this back to them.

Keep us updated on this please.

I brought my MacBook to a friend in a different city this morning, he has the same internett provider I have. The emails came rolling in, no problems. I was about to call customer service now, but as I was waiting, I manually changed from my 5ghz wifi, to my 2.4ghz wifi. Instantly the mail app updated and even started downloading the 24000 or so emails that was now only on the server. Customer service from my internet provider had no clue why that worked, while 5ghz does not. At least it's a solution, but no real answer as to why. And Im stuck on my 2,4ghz network
