Mario Run - I need some friends

For those who have purchased this game, you get Mario points for doing things, some of those are adding friends. So far, I only have 5. I need 5 more to get more points.

If you would like to do the same, please add me. You guys can post and share your ID here if you want to get those points too.

Yeah those coins are really hard. I have 8 purple but 0 black. I've been playing rally.

I find the rally even more difficult. I pick ones that seem easy, but then loose a load of toads. I've got 99 rally tickets now, just sitting there.

Yeah every time I lose a race, I get disappointed and keep thinking it will lower my level and I lose the ability to buy stuff that requires certain level and color toad requirements.

There are consequences for doing the rally, so you can't just slack.

I've nearly got all pink and purple coins. But I'm yet to unlock Luigi...

Edit - I have all pink and purple coins, but the toad rally is still making me want to throw my phone across the room. I keep getting matched with japanese-esque skilled people.

I have only just realised this. But I suppose someone with a lot of toads would be pretty good. I found that jumping out of a roll as mario racks up the 'thumbs up'.

Heres mine 7765-4161-6139.

I collected all the black coins a while ago. The special black coin stage (the one full of gears) kicked my butt for a week. But I did it this morning in one go after the coffee, yes collected all 5 black coins :D I have hundreds of iOS games. This is the first I've ever finished, with the exception of Tiny Wings which I still play occasionally, the rest have no depth. You'll really appreciate the ultra precise control typical of Nintendo on that special black coin level. Most jumps you only have what feels like couple of pixels of margin. Make a perfect jump or start over. This is as best a platformer Nintendo could've done with touch control. There's no way you can precisely control the movement if it wasn't a runner type game.

I've added every posted ID above me. My user name is Nintendo Fan, will likely be changed after I come up with something more original lol.

For for my own satisfaction lol. I think there might be some building pieces that require all the black coins but I'm not sure. But no there was not a thing upon collecting them all, not even a well done you did it message. In Wii U Donkey Kong, after completing hard mode to achieve 200%, it at least gave a message that says see that wasn't so hard.

Who is Cutie here? Just lost a bunch of red toads to Cutie lol.

I usually beat Cutie. :p I've finally managed to get that blooming cake. Now all I need are the black coins and I'm done.

Cutie was using Yoshi. I thought I had a good run until after the count. I'm like 100 coins behind in each of two runs! Maybe I should try the other characters now, been using Mario exclusively. I'm 100% dialed in using Mario, wouldn't have been able to finish the black pipe stage with any other characters.

Try Luigi or Peach, their extra reach is very handy.
