I bought the Marware protection back for my 12" Powerbook and I really like it. It protects my palm from getting irritated when the palm rest gets really hot and prevents scratching that may be caused from watches and what not.

I highly recommend it!

Hello Khunsanook: I've noticed you have a black marware product on a white macbook? I was going to get black too - thinking it would look cool (which it does btw) but changed to white when I noticed that Marware had a warning about black Marware is to go with Blackbook and white to go with white MB - I'm guessing the black was marking the white MB? don't know.... check out their site for the info - maybe I read it wrong.

It's possible that some people are having problems with the black rubbing off on their white macbooks. I asked Marware about this before I ordered it and they claimed the black would not stain my white MB and so far it has not.

Here in Thailand I can only get the white Marware from retail shops. If I can't get Marware to ship me a replacement for my black one which is losing its stick, then I will get a white one over here.

Do Not Buy

The cloth for the keyboard leaves two vertical marks on my screen from the stitching on the cloth.

I will use the pad to wipe the keys before I close the case, and just toss it into my laptop bag. I will never close the lid with this rag on my keyboard again. I can imagine that it will leave permanent marks after time.

I also purchased the marware 'protection plus pack' for my brand new MacBook and not too happy with them. like everyone one, the keyboard cover seems too small. it *barely* covers the kb and it has hasn't happened to me (but has to a poster here) but the edges are sown and a little rough and i'm scared it will leave marks on the screen.

And like the other poster with the black handrest on his white macbook (i have the white in white) its never stuck down properly and the top edges are curling. i've contacted marware about the problem and they have shipped me a replacement. they were pretty quick responding to my email too so i'm very happy with their follow-up to my problem.

With the protection plus pack i also got a microfibre sleeve. its made out of the same material as the kb cover, which is good, but the sleeve is too big for my MacBook. i didn't really need the sleeve since i already bought a incase neoprene case/sleeve at the same time i ordered the MacBook but it didn't cost that much more to get it. it's still usable, but i wish it was a bit tighter. i'll use it with a messenger style bag thats got a padded compartment for a laptop. the sleeve will stop it getting scratched up, which isn't too much of a problem b/c i have my MacBook covered with shieldzone's invisibleSHIELD 'Full Body Shield' :)

Finally I have arrived.....

I have the Marware protection pack for my 15" MBP. I don't use their screen protector as the previous poster said the edge of that protector is not smooth. I use Radtech Screensaverz instead for that purpose. So far, I have no issue with closing the lid with Marware protection pack (the wrist area protection cover) and Radtech Screensaverz. However, I cannot close it comfortably if I add iSkin keyboard cover for a 15" model.
The good thing about 12" PB is I can use all three together even when I close the lid.

I know there have been threads on this in the past, but I don't remember the marware protection pack. Has anyone used this. It includes protectors for the palmrest area on apple notebooks. I saw it in the store, and wasn't sure of the quality.

Hi,Buddy,I think you can try a palmrest protector which I find on ebay.uk.I feel this feels better than the one sold in shops.you can have a try.:)
