Mat screen protection or not ?

Hello,
I am looking for the best screen protection for Iphone 15 pro. And I was wondering, who already tried mat screen protection ? Is that just better than regular one ? Better inside and outside ? Less eye tiredness ? Exist also in glass or only in film ? In resume what are the con and pro to understand why not everybody buy this kind.

Matte Vs Clear Full Body Screen protector?

What's the difference? If I wanted a clear transparent see through full body do i get clear or matte for the iphone 5 black? I do not know what's the difference? Can someone with pics with matte and clear show me whats the difference? Thanks
