I tested this with macbook air m1 on 12.4. After an hour of the lid closed the battery usage chart did not show any usage. In fact, upon first opening it, there was no battery data in the hour the lid was closed.

This is different than before the terminal commands, where I saw battery usage every hour, even upon first opening the battery usage chart.

I will test further, but I think this solution works. The only thing I changed was using -b (battery), instead of -a (all) because I don't mind power usage when AC charger is connected.

Yeah, I’ve been using `sudo pmset -a powernap 0 tcpkeepalive 0 womp 0`, and my Mac Studio never wakes. Before, it would wake every few minutes. The only time it wakes is if I restart my router. I guess the link status change causes it to wake even though WOL and WOMP are disabled.

There are so other recommendations. Some things worked for some people but not others.

So, I've been trying this Sleep Aid app to try and diagnose what the heck is going on inside my Mac. This just looks bad! I cannot find out how to disable these issues at all. I've tried diabling the recommended settings and still nothing. Fact remains; if I leave the Mac unplugged then battery drains >12% over night.
