Seriously, what are they likely to do to the new iPad? A facetime camera? Whoop-d-doo. Your Macbook air already has that.
Probably up the ram, high res screen, front and back camera, lower the price, make it thinner, increase the screen size...this will make the 11" Air a hard sell. But there's things my Air can do that the iPad won't be able to do Bc at the end of the day, the Air will always be a notebook computer.
Exactly. Such as being able to actually type, run flash (install click to flash on chrome for best of both worlds), being able to do stuff without hoping that maybe one day an app will come out for that, etc. The iPad is a consumption device, so if that's mainly what you need it for, it's pretty good.
I just did. I sold my iPad 64GB 3G+wifi and got the MBA 13" Ultimate for now. Most likely will get iPad 2 when it's out.
Run flash? Who the hell cares about flash - it's an outdated **** technology. It's also a huge drain on the battery!

LOL! I'm not even an Air owner, and I can PROMISE you that no matter what they do to the iPad2 (in the realm of reality), NOTHING will make the 11.6" Air a "hard sell". Some people will always want a physical keyboard and full version of OSX in a small package, and they'll ALWAYS buy the air.
Simple question, if you own MBA and iPad, will you guys update to iPad 2 or you feel that both products are not necessary and going to get rid of one of them? Please share your thoughts.

No, I have the 11.6" Air and an iPad currently. I will not be upgrading to the iPad 2. Nothing rumored to be added to the iPad 2 is worth the upgrade for me.
