MBP 14" CPU Load issue windowserver + Audio Issue

I'm also having a similar issue. 14" M1 Pro. 10cpu 16gpu 32gb of ram.

The couple times I've noticed high WindowServer usage has been after watching video content in Chrome. Logging out and back in temporarily fixes the issue. I've not done much testing yet, but it sure is triggering!

check my replies i’ve seemingly debunked the apps/processes that reproduce the issue have reported all to apple. hoping for a fix soon

Does anyone know if it's been fixed in the recent macOS updates? There was another minor update today too.
I have been too anxious to try video again via Chrome, I have just done all my video streaming through Safari.
I miss using Chrome full time
