I found that my battery health is 95% after 37 cycles. It doesn't seem right to me. Does anyone have any comments?

how do you check how many cycles you have been through and the % of battery life? Sorry for the newbie question, new to mac and lovin it.
How do you calibrate the battery? Is there a program on the MBP that does it?

I think it depends on how you use it. For example if you use your battery constantly you wear it out more. This website tells you how you can maintain higher. My MBP is currently at 99% after 91 cycles. It did drop to around 96% at less cycles but I followed what that site said.
my battery health is 40% after 46 cycles and lasts 1.5 hrs after upgrading to leopard. used to be 95% and lasts over 3 hrs in tiger. is this a software issue? or should it be replaced? apples battery site says the batteries are designed to retain 80% of their original charge after 300 cycles.
