Mbp Sr Temperature Request!

I have my default fan setting at 3k RPM on my 2.2 MBP. Under low load, just browsing and chatting online, I get around 42-46C. Under a medium to heavy load I get around 60-74C. Under a really really heavy load, it can get up to 85c.

By the way, does anyone know of a Windows program similar to smcFanControl?
