Thanks MacAficionado. I tried the page with Camino, and it worked (it still doesn't with Safari, even under Rosetta). And another bit of good news: I stumbled upon this thread from around a year ago: http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20050215095812331
and it solved my Real Player problem, at least temporarily. So I'm on the road to reconciliation with my new computer, slowly but surely (?)

O.k. for that website I did have the same issue, native and Rosetta. For all others, I have been good with Safari under Rosetta.
