How is it Photoshopped? It's just peach-fuzz, or vellus hair. A very high-res, well-lit photo that happened to catch some very minute details. If you managed to get a similar photo of anyone else, especially a woman or child, you'd see the same things. You can even see peach fuzz below her lip and on her chin.
I don't understand why this is such a big deal. Have people never been close with another person before? Or looked in the mirror or at their own bodies closely? We are all covered in a fine down of hair. Women and children moreso. It's natural, completely normal, and has logical evolutionary explanations.
I rather have them nose hair; they can be cut.

That is a seriously high quality photo! HD resolution or something.
3 things:
1 - all girls will have hair on their arms and face - tiny blonde hairs. Its the belie-mic and anorexic girls that are SERIOUSLY hairy that you need to worry about hair (they normally grow longer & thicker body hair).
2 - its the makeup that is over highlighting the hair in this high quality photo.
3 - I'll bet many of the pretty girls you know have nose hair. Over the years I've notice more this past decade the hot/confident girls have their noses level or downward pointing to the ground as apposed to up in the air girls of the 80's.
In this photo I'm concentrating on those pretty eyes and more on those HOT LIPS and all the kinky and dirty things I'd do with them
. Her toe-thumb is what creeps me out and Transformers 2 was ruined by my buddy pointing it out to me. Something about her beauty seems a lot more natural and normal. Oh and she doesn't have protruding cheekbones like some skinny girls I've seen.
