That's why we have these:
She's not hot.
She's not ugly, either - if anything, I think she's kinda pretty.
But I don't think she's hot.
If I walked past her, I wouldn't turn around to get a better look at her - but I suppose she IS a "scale of 1 to 10 girl."
It means "on a scale of 1 to 10 she's okay." Like I was saying, she's certainly not ugly - but I don't understand all the hype and people going gaga over her. She's nothing special IMO.
