Source? Where did they say they would have bands on Friday.

As far as I remember there will be nothing sold on Friday
 
As it pertains to Apple retail, anyone who speculates doesn't know, and anyone who does know definitely won't be talking.
 
Apple Watch Bands available in store? On release day?

Anyone know if bands will be available for purchase on release day in store? Would love to luck up on a white sport band on Friday.. Could then actually cancel my band orders online.
 
I asked a store rep this past Sunday and she told me no. I plan on stopping by still this Friday to check!
 
I think they'll have a limited amount of the Sport bands on day 1 and little to none of all the others.
 
I asked when I went in for my try on appointment, "they are expecting to, but we can't guarantee." I would definitely give your apple store a call before you go.

I hope so! I want a milanese and/or a leather loop!
 
I am going down to Portland, OR this weekend. If they have the bands available, I would pick up at least another sport band, and milanese loop. Still debating whether I should also get a link bracelet (if available).
 
Doubt it - considering the bands on the website right when preorders started were farther out than the watches themselves.
 
The Apple employee I spoke to said that they "hoped to have some". But based on the shipment times of some bands, I doubt it.
 
I'm thinking if anything, they will have more sport bands to start with. But I'm just giving my opinion.
 
Sport bands available in store Friday

Just spoke to an Apple Store in the UK (Leeds) and they confirmed they will have seperate sport bands to buy in store tomorrow.

Has anyone else had confirmation?
 
Not here in the U.S I think. They told me that they will not have any stock and can only be ordered online.
 
I just spoke to someone at Covent Garden at she seemed to think they would be available as well but she also said they never quite know until the day...
 
Straps/bands available in store tomorrow? Anybody in the know?

Does anybody know if they'll stock them. Delivery forecast for my Milanese loop is may, so was wondering if it's worth a trip to an Apple Store tomorrow.

I certainly hope they aren't wasting precious cargo space on accessories when my 03 order has seen no movement
