Outlook 365 Mac is flakey imo. As a MS365 subscriber I use Outlook(PWA) on my Mac.
Apple's mail client is absolute trash. Literally anything else will be way better. Is this better than the default Apple mail client?
No. Looks like actual version (do have the same layout)Is this another completely new version of Outlook? I’m confused.
My current version allows you to switch between the old outlook and the new outlook but neither of them look like this?
That is almost exactly what the Office 365 version I am running now looks like. only difference is the top tool bar is left aligned on mine.Is this another completely new version of Outlook? I’m confused.

Getting your email printed and delivered by FedEx is a better email client than the Apple ones...Is this better than the default Apple mail client?
Yes, it works very well. I use that functionality for my "support" and "info" addresses for my own domain. If anyone tries it, can they please check if it's possible to set up multiple "From" addresses for those of us who own a domain name?
I can do that so nicely in Apple Mail and Outlook on MacOS has never supported it.
Its nice but it takes up the whole screen.

Our corporate email works just fine in Outlook via Office 365 mail servers. that is for several 10's of thousands of employees.Awesome, now add Exchange on Premise support for the Mac version and it might actually be useable for business purposes. Two years+ ago they said it's coming soon and pointed everyone who needs it to older versions of Outlook.
Anybody knows what's the deal with Outlook on iOS? Still requires a subscription? The only app I pay for is AirMail and I am considering a switch.Microsoft today announced that its Outlook app for Mac is now free to use, with a Microsoft 365 subscription or license no longer necessary.
Maybe but Excel's auto-reply function sucks.if i could choose i would prefer Excel over Outlook.
Depends, if you just need basic mail functionality, Mail.app will do just fine. If you need more, Outlook is better. Is this better than the default Apple mail client?
Airmail has ONE feature that makes me pay for the yearly subscription;Anybody knows what's the deal with Outlook on iOS? Still requires a subscription? The only app I pay for is AirMail and I am considering a switch.
That was a working "snooze" for me, which Outlook seems to have for free. I just need this and an unified inbox so I can look at all emails from my both accounts.Airmail has ONE feature that makes me pay for the yearly subscription;
I far as I know Outlook has always supported exchange. It’s Microsoft’s primary mail service. But are they finally supporting Exchange?
That unification is one of the best features. I frequently turn emails into calendar events and email from calendar events to all attendees.I'm stuck using Outlook (Mac) for work, that's bad enough.
I really, really hate the unification of calendar, contacts and email that is intrinsic to the design. What an awful idea from long ago - I hated it in 1998, I hate it now.
The complete lack of integration with native Mac services, coupled with the weird formatting bugs that cause Outlook emails look terrible on any other client is just too much. Apple Mail is better. Gmail is better. Mimestream is better.
I think they mainly support Office 365 email servers (which may be Exchange under the hood)I far as I know Outlook has always supported exchange. It’s Microsoft’s primary mail service.
This is the sole reason I use the default Apple Mail app.If anyone tries it, can they please check if it's possible to set up multiple "From" addresses for those of us who own a domain name?
