Clearly you are not familiar with the OP. They are an Apple fanatic and will regularly Troll pretty much every thread in here.

He wasn't discussing WP, he was discussing the troll reactions of a bunch of nobodies at Microsoft to an Apple v Samsung/Android courtcase and using loaded phrases such as "Samsung copycat verdict".

You're right - I don't track individual's posts across threads. I am sorry he/she annoys you. However, in my opinion the thread was no more trolling than many other threads about the competition among iOS, Android, WP and BB. We're all partisan one way or the other.

Also, it seem to me that reasonable summary of willful patent infringement is 'copycat'. What else would you call it? 'Innovation'? [Sorry couldn't resist. FWIW I like Samsung's products. I do think they innovate, but more so in electronics than software. On this occasion they got caught red-handed flagrantly violating the law.]
