The Milanese Loop is comfortable and only requires minor adjustment during the day. Never had problems with then magnetic clasp.

Ditto. The Milanese Loop is by far the most comfortable watch band I have ever owned.

Sadly I had to sell the watch and ML as the pain continued in both arms

I'm having the exact same problem with a 42mm SS watch with the Milanese Loop. Aches and pains in the arm the watch is on. It's not too tight as I can fit 2 fingers under the ML.

My Wife has a bracelet that's supposed to help with Jet Lag. It has 2 reasonably strong magnets on it and I get exactly the same problem - dull aches and pain in the arm and hand it's worn on.

I've just switched back to a White Sports Band. So far, so good.

So I had the same problem with my Milanese loop slipping every once in a while. I took an exacto knife and shaved off the extra rubber that goes between the magnet and the strap to level. Once I did that, it doesn't slip at all. Pulling on the hair is still a problem, but one gets used to it.
