When you minmize stuff to the dock in windows, does it go to the dock with the genie effect?

I'm using RK Launcher (which kicks the crap out of Quick Launch) and it should work, except I always get the "Error creating Direct3D device" message. There's a scale option for minimizing too, but it's way too slow so I took the effects off and now my windows simply "disappear" into the dock.

Would you mind telling us how you got iTunes 7 with aqua instead of the XP-ish looking regular bars?

Couldnt live without em, although i do imagine i'll have to get used to the Gunmetal look sometime soon. Until then, i'll try to hold out as much as possible.
